| Client Reserve |
As is customary in the credit card transaction processing
industry, we hold a continual reserve from each credit card payment check equal
to 10 percent of the total revenues billed during that billing period. Six
months following the date of each initial sale you receive from us, the 10
percent Client Reserve amount is paid out to you (on the 7th month). The Client
Reserve is used to protect payment processors from catastrophic losses that may
occur if we sell future access to a site that may not exist when a customer
returns and then wants their money back. |
*Please note that the prices are subject to change without notice.
